Confex 2008 proved to be a record breaking success achieving the highest ever visitor numbers in the show's 25 year history! ABC audit figures show a 27% increase in total visitors to 10,649 (which includes visitors that transferred across from the co-located Technology for Marketing & Advertising show). Total Attendance (including 4,158 other attendance) was also up a massive 20% to 14,807. 

Confex Knowledge, the show's education programme also proved very successful with keynote speakers including award winning TV chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. The advice centre and CV clinic were also fully booked for the entire three days.

As the UK's leading event for event organisers; it brought together people who organise any kind of event with providers of venues, destinations and event support services both in the UK and internationally.
